We’re looking for a Digital Business Change Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery across our established Oracle Fusion platform. As a Digital Business Change Analyst, you’ll work at the heart of our myOracle Support Team, supporting the Digital Business Change Lead and colleagues. You’ll be working with an established Oracle Fusion product working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable change initiatives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across HR, myOracle Developers, and technical partners to ensure solutions are not only fit-for-purpose but also deliver an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions meet desired outcomes. Support the rollout and adoption of processes within the established product through effective change management. Contribute to testing and training activities, to achieve successful rollout. Maintain structured documentation and champion knowledge sharing across teams. Monitor the impact of new initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to adapt communication styles. Awareness of data and reporting best practices and ability to analyse and identify business requirements. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
