Role: • Digital Business Analyst Responsibilities: • Translate high level objectives provided by Software Product Management and external clients into testable, measurable functional specifications • Take software product feature ownership and manage full life cycle of the requirement • Research and document functional requirements, integrating multiple sources • Analyze and document user workflows • Produce and maintain product backlog and participate in or drive sprint planning where appropriate • Assist with the prioritization of initial feature development and ongoing change requests • Develop use cases, demonstrating how each class of user interacts with each system function • Ensure application interfaces address human factor design considerations • Assist the Quality Assurance group with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test cases.
