Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dietary Aide to join our team! This role performs a number of kitchen activities including assisting cooks in the service of meals to guests in accordance with the guest's individual dietary needs, sanitary handling of all food and non-food items, utilizing proper procedures for preparation, storage, care and cleaning of equipment, and more.

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

• Prepare nourishments, juices, and beverages for Health Care Center residents and Assisted Living tenants, following written guidelines.
• Serve meals to Health care Center residents.
• Set up and clean dining rooms to prepare for meals.
• Assist cooks in some food preparation, including dishing up sides, cutting desserts, and more.

• Can follow written and oral instructions as well as perform simple math.
• May have knowledge and/or understanding of recipes, special diets, quantity cooking, and food service, though this is not a requirement.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
