You will empower communities by working hand-in-hand with residents, local groups, and partners to create activities that boost independence and wellbeing. You’ll champion inclusion through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, ensuring everyone has the chance to thrive. As a vital connector, you’ll link individuals, organisations, and Norfolk County Council, sharing resources and building strong networks. You’ll promote awareness by delivering engaging presentations and attending vibrant community events, strengthening partnerships along the way.
