What You’ll Do Create benchmark recipes that set us apart and inspire innovation Deliver exciting new ideas through our culinary innovation plan Research trends and turn insights into real, delicious products Collaborate with product developers to bring concepts to life Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams Who You Are Shown experience in professional kitchens or development kitchens A creative approach to recipe and product development Strong project management and communication skills Curiosity about food trends and emerging techniques Ability to turn ideas into supply-ready recipes What’s in it for You?
