Delivery and Service Technician

We are on the lookout for a Delivery and Service Technician who embodies our passion for fitness and customer satisfaction. Role Overview Reporting into the Distribution Manager, you will be involved in the daily delivery and collections of Wattbikes across the UK. This includes reliability and due diligence in contacting customers, customer experience is absolutely core to this role and the successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Wattbike brand when out on the road. This role will require a significant amount of driving each week and will incorporate some anti-social hours. This role will also include some work in the factory dependent on demand. This role usually involves paid overtime Key responsibilities · Delivery & Location Servicing Delivery and collection of Wattbikes at locations throughout the UK · Installation of new Wattbikes · Provide a great service to our customers - being friendly, helpful and efficient, and keeping the customer up to date on arrival times · Complete delivery reports as required Ensure a flow of communication as needed with the wider internal Operations team · Make sure the company vehicle is well maintained and clean, ready for the next delivery General warehouse duties if required Experience in a similar role is ideal A passion for excellent customer service Be flexible, self-motivated, reliable and punctual Good and confident planner and communicator Must be happy with early mornings and lots of driving Full UK driving license with 3 years driving experience, and no more than 3 points on your licences What You’ll Get 26 days holiday per year + bank holidays Pension and free life insurance A Wattbike on loan for your home On site training zone and cycling/running groups Ongoing support for personal progression
