Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and dependable Deck Builder / Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has carpentry or deck-building experience, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities Build and install decks, fences, and related outdoor structures Read and interpret project plans and blueprints Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately and safely Operate hand and power tools properly and maintain a clean job site Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in carpentry or deck building preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to use construction tools safely and effectively Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physically able to lift and carry materials as required Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay: $25–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level Growth and training opportunities available Positive and team-oriented work environment Potential for year-round employment
