We are seeking an energetic and forward-thinking Deals Tech Programme Lead to play a pivotal role in accelerating the rewiring of our Deals business, embedding AI, data, and technology into how we originate, deliver, and grow client engagements. This role goes beyond programme delivery. It is about being a catalyst for change, helping transform how we connect people, insights, and technology to power the next generation of Deals at PwC. The successful candidate will be instrumental in our rewiring initiative, leading the rollout and embedding of DealCloud and other digital platforms that connect client relationships, data, and insights across the firm. They will inspire teams to adopt new tools and ways of working, and champion technology-enabled growth across the Deals network. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen, technology fluency, and strategic leadership, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural and behavioural change. Key Responsibilities Act as a catalyst for transformation in PwC Deals by leading the adoption of digital tools, data platforms, and AI-driven insights that rewire how we win work, deliver for clients, and operate internally. Lead the rollout of DealCloud within Corporate Finance and across adjacent Deals businesses (including Strategy& and Financial Due Diligence), ensuring measurable benefits in client engagement, collaboration, and pipeline visibility. Shape the narrative around technology and AI in Deals, helping senior stakeholders understand how these tools drive better client outcomes and firm growth. Champion a digital-first culture, working with Partners, Directors, and teams to build confidence and curiosity in using technology to enhance decision-making and execution. Connect people, data, and systems across the Deals ecosystem to unlock insights and efficiencies — linking DealCloud, CRM, and data platforms in partnership with the firm’s Digital and Technology teams. Represent the UK in global technology programmes, ensuring our requirements and insights shape firmwide rollouts and contribute to the realisation of global benefits. Partner with alliance technology providers (e.g., Intapp, Salesforce, Microsoft, and others) to co-create solutions that strengthen PwC’s market offering and client delivery capability. Support “buy vs. build” and platform strategy decisions, leveraging deep market insight to guide investment and innovation priorities. Identify opportunities to commercialise internal innovation, helping translate internal tools and capabilities into client-ready propositions. Inspire, coach, and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between technology specialists, business leads, and client-facing teams to deliver outcomes that matter. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience leading digital or technology-enabled transformation programmes within a professional services, consulting, or financial advisory environment. Strong understanding of DealCloud or equivalent CRM / relationship intelligence platforms and their role in enabling firmwide connectivity and client insight. Strategic thinker able to connect business challenges with technology opportunities, particularly in the context of AI, data integration, and digital transformation. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at Partner and Executive level. Demonstrated success in driving change adoption and behavioural transformation at scale. Deep appreciation of how technology can reshape the Deals lifecycle from origination to execution, by enhancing intelligence, collaboration, and delivery efficiency. Experience working with technology alliances or ecosystem partners to co-develop and deploy new solutions. Strong commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to articulate value and ROI from digital investment. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset. Desirable Attributes Experience of working with Intapp and / or the DealCloud ecosystem. Understanding of capital markets, M&A advisory, and private equity client environments. A background in consulting, technology transformation, or digital product delivery. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring clarity to complex programmes.
