Location: SL5, Ascot Annual Salary: £35,000 Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm What You'll Be Doing: Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests. Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed. Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety. Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up. Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable. Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing. Car Park Management: Parking and organising residents vehicles safely in the developments car park. Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience. What You'll Bring: Experience as a concierge in a 5* luxury development is essential. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care. Driving License is essential for this role.
