Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our client's collaborative accounting team. This is a full-time, in-office contract role is based in Dartmouth, and offers half-days on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities for the Job: 

  • Enter and manage data in the Jonas system accurately
  • Assist with payroll data entry and processing
  • Support consolidation of company data for reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to maintain data integrity
  • Other duties and project support as assigned

Experience & Attributes for Success:

  • Previous experience in a data-entry or accounting support role is strongly preferred 
  • Previous experience using Jonas software is a definite advantage
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • A positive, cooperative attitude and a willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
