Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
• Bridge communication between stakeholders and the D365 development team, ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle
• Analyze and map business processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities, identifying gaps and recommending solutions
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configure and customize D365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles), and ensure technical feasibility with developers
• Stay current with D365 out-of-the-box functionality and maintain a high-level understanding of customization concepts
• Cross-collaborate with the D365 Product Team and other key stakeholders to support user story creation and required documentation
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies to drive project success
• Support post-deployment and UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and investigating issues for timely resolution

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in a D365 environment
• Strong knowledge of D365 core modules, business process mapping, and out-of-the-box functionality; experience with Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations modules is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and functional design documents (FDDs)
• Proven experience configuring and customizing D365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security roles)
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in creating user stories, training materials, and support documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities
• Microsoft certifications in D365 is considered an asset
• Experience with Power Platform and basic integration concepts is considered an asset
