Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support for clients. Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower clients in utilizing our solutions effectively. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements to offer insightful advice to clients. Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on client satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships. Technical literacy with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
