We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Cyber Education & Awareness Programme and Delivery Manager. The Cyber Education and Awareness team is responsible for the design and delivery of education, communications, & engagement aligned to the wider Cybersecurity team needs, to ensure colleagues understand their cybersecurity duties and responsibilities relating to procedures, policies, and cyber risk management behaviours. The team is made up of 4 core functions: Cyber Education (EDUC) User Experience & Design Build & Operate Communications & Engagement This role operates across the Cyber Education & Awareness team and supports our leadership team overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team; focused on the planning, co-ordination and optimisation of the E&A programmes. In this role you will: Work with the Global Head of Cyber Education & Awareness across the four core teams, plan delivery of shared services, process & platforms to support their activities; as well as ensure that continuous planning is undertaken cross the team and outcomes align to strategic objectives. Ensure execution against operational budgets, headwinds and expenditure to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment of spend with forecast. Proactively identify and manage risks and issues against the delivery plan ensuring these are articulated in good time, levelled correctly, and reported to the appropriate governance forum. Provide regular reporting on team and programme delivery for leadership and the Cyber Programme. Co-ordinate all required processes and reporting for E&A personnel plan and support with hiring and on/offboarding to ensure staff are hired in accordance with plan and minimise the risks of delays, disruption or policy breaches. Facilitate reporting, communication and stakeholder management; ensuring reports and communications provide meaningful insight into Cyber Education & Awareness progress toward meeting outcomes and requirements. Continuously improve the adoption of Agile methods to drive the efficiency and agility of Cyber Education & Awareness services, owning PI planning sessions and partnering with the leadership team and program management staff on execution Provide synchronicity with the Cybersecurity Transformation Programme and other HSBC delivery partners. Work across Cyber Education & Awareness, lead team building and collaboration activities to ensure a collaborative and teamwork-focused environment. Facilitate and track individual and team reward and recognition systems, ensuring these systems are maintained, fairly operated and effective. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Proven experience in Delivery Support including management of multi-$M budgets Proven ability to manage complex organisations and teams of subject matter experts Proven planning abilities and knowledge of Agile planning methods, including PI planning Vendor engagement, experience including product selection, RFI/RFP processes, pre-sales consultancy engagement, procurement via HSBC channels, and support / incident resolution Ability to provide high quality editorial input and authorship Experience facilitating and leading delivery planning, interfacing across multiple teams to drive collaboration This role is based in Sheffield.
