Customer Support with German - Porto

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

• Efficient and fast online recruitment process
• We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything
• Work in Porto, Portugal
• Working hours: Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts: 6h – 21h (8 hours shift); 2 days off (every shift includes two 15 minutes break, 1h for lunch)

What you will be doing:

• Customer support to German speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
• Support clients for all questions and inquiries about the products and services
• Actively work on optimizing of all processes related to the customers, to constantly increase the satisfaction of clients
• Closely work with other departments
• Making appointments.
• Final processing for online banking
• Implementation of card blocking
• Mediation processes
• Navigation aid for the online banking portal.
• As part of the off-peak telephone line for the hotline of customer satisfaction, receive verbal feedback, if necessary record concerns and forward the corresponding telephone note to the e-mail box of the company’s quality management

Requirements:

• Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• You live in Porto or you are ready to relocate
• Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

• Full time contract
• Base salary (gross): 1100€/month x 14
• Performance Bonus: Up to 200€ gross/month x 12
• Meal allowance: 7.63€/per working day (paid in meal card)
