Customer Support Executive Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: London, UK Compensation: £28,000 - £35,000 / year Description We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Camden. You’ll be at the heart of how we deliver an exceptional experience to both our Stinters and our Partners - ensuring every interaction reflects our values of efficiency, empathy, and excellence. What you will be doing: Be the first point of contact for Stinters, Partners, and internal teams via chat, email, and phone - delivering fast, friendly, and effective support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time, balancing empathy with efficiency. Maintain clear and accurate records of user interactions and feedback in internal systems. Escalate complex cases to senior team members or other departments when needed. Spot trends, share insights, and suggest improvements to enhance our support operations. Represent Stint’s tone of voice and values in every conversation. Contribute to team projects and process improvements that make the experience even better for users.
