We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our users—from grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofits—as they run successful events on our platform. 🚀 What You’ll Do: Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team 💡 What You Bring: Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom) Tech-savvy with great communication skills Comfortable with Excel and basic web design Strong attention to detail and organization Eligible to work in Canada with fluent English ✨ Bonus Points for: Experience in nonprofit fundraising events Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Enchant Remote work experience & self-starter mentality 📅 Schedule: Choose between: 4 x 10 hour days (Thu–Sun, 11:30AM–9:30PM PT) 5 x 8 hour days (Thu–Mon, 1:30PM–9:30PM PT) 🎉 First Test: We work with lots of animal rescues—tell us your favorite animal in your application!
