About the Role To support our global growth, we're hiring a Customer Success Implementation Manager based in the DACH region. We’re looking for a proactive, technically-minded professional who will own the post-sale onboarding and implementation process, ensuring our B2B customers achieve measurable value from our platform. You will focus on delivering successful implementations, driving adoption, and enabling customer teams to use Infiterra effectively. This is not a sales or upsell role; your focus is on project execution, technical enablement, and customer success outcomes. Key Responsibilities End-to-end Implementation: Lead onboarding and deployment of Infiterra for new customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Customer Enablement: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to help customer teams adopt and maximize product usage. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and track implementation projects, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Technical Guidance: Translate customer needs into actionable configurations, workflows, and best practices within the platform. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, keeping customers and internal teams aligned. Customer Success Insight: Identify potential challenges early, provide recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth adoption. Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and provide feedback to internal teams to enhance onboarding processes and product adoption. 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management in a B2B SaaS or software consulting environment. Proven ability to manage end-to-end software implementation projects. Strong understanding of SaaS workflows, platform configuration, and technical enablement. Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills in German and English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience using CRM and project management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, etc.). Please submit your resume in English. Sounds like you?
