      NIGHT SHIFT Our Customer Service Specialists (CSS) provide support to the day-to-day Operation in the Edmonton Terminal through the efficient and professional administration of full-cycle customer service duties that assist our customers, operations team, and professional truck drivers.  Strong and professional interpersonal and communication skills are a must! The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with little downtime. This position has the possibility of turning into a dispatcher role.
