Salary: £24,500 per year plus OTE £8,400 per annum

So, who are you?
How will you contribute?
In the role of a retentions advisor, you will play a pivotal part in our mission to deliver exceptional service to existing customers who are exploring changes to their account, by listening closely, understanding their concerns, and offering tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of continuing their journey with us.
Your day will begin with logging into our automatic call distributor. Each interaction will require you to build rapport and demonstrate your ability to connect with customers to understand their needs. Whilst challenging, it is incredibly rewarding as you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our customers.
Shift Pattern:
Your shift patterns will rotate on a 6 week rota between our core opening hours of 8am and 8pm (Monday-Saturday).
You’ll work 37.5 hours per week and you will have two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch, allowing you to recharge and maintain your focus.
We’ll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access.
