Job Title: Customer Champion Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid, 2 days a week. Salary: £25,500 - £27,500 Contract Type: Permanent and Fixed Term contract We’re looking for a Customer Champion who’s confident, empathetic, and solution-focused to join our team and help build lasting relationships with our clients and customers. As a Customer Champion it will be your role to provide an exceptional service for all Personal Group customers. Your responsibilities will include: Handle inbound and outbound telephone & email enquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Pro-actively handle customer enquiries including; claims, policy amendments, cancellation requests, premium related queries and all other product related enquiries within agreed parameters. Resolve customer queries confidently at the first point of contact. Represent the company’s values in every interaction, creating enduring relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Experience and Knowledge you will need for the role: You’ll have experience of working within a customer service environment. Able to establish and maintain good working relationships. Ability to perform well under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Customer focus – the genuine desire to understand customer needs and respond in a customer focused manner, exceeding expectations where possible. Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
