Job Summary The Culture & Well-being Specialist will help the organization achieve full realization of its culture change and well-being initiatives. The culture specialist will support our FH Culture initiatives as well as DEI/Engagement and Staff Well-being. This is a critical role that runs across various HR functions (Talent development & Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staff Well-being, and Internal Communication) and must be able to work collaboratively to integrate/connect various initiatives. The role requires implementing assessments, proposing improvements based on data, and executing project plans and business initiatives. ResponsibilitiesĀ * Support enterprise-wide culture and DEI/Engagement initiatives. * Support culture initiatives including implementing communication campaigns, developing training content, and providing support to the Country Offices. * Responsible for measuring and reporting cultural impact through assessments, data, and other identified strategies. * Responsible for internal communications and change management support. * Support the establishing and maintaining of vibrant ERGs and Culture Champion Cohorts. * Promotes cultural best practices through sharing successes and learning from across the organization. * Supports the cultivation of a workplace environment to support the FH Culture. * Stays current on research and trends related to organization culture, DEI/EE engagement, and staff care (well-being). * HR processes optimization through process improvements and data analytics (HR Project Management). * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, communications or related field * Project management experience. * 5+ years of experience in human resources and organizational development. * Must have HRG experience * Project management and organizational change management experience * Prior experience in a complex, matrixed organization with the ability to scale processes in a global, professional, service organization. * Non-profit experience a plus.
