Overview This role supports the strategic initiatives to enhance Operational Resilience within CTOi, focusing on infrastructure awareness, service chain mapping, vulnerability remediation, and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Increase awareness among business stakeholders about infrastructure supporting their applications. Drive accurate service chain mapping for all CTO infrastructure assets. Communicate vulnerability remediation completion effectively to stakeholders. Support the ITSO community in completing resilience tasks. Adhere to Operational Resilience Mandatory Procedures and Operating Instructions. Establish and monitor key control indicators (KCIs) for resilience activities. Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to unify resilience efforts. Provide data analysis for scenario testing and present positions/outcomes for executive consumption. Skills Required: Extensive experience in Operations Resilience, Service Now, and ODS (Operational Data Store). Evidence of influencing at C-suite level and managing senior stakeholders with conflicting opinions. Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders. Track record of delivering sustainable outcomes and leading large-scale initiatives. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and assess complex technology landscapes. Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management software and tools in a large financial services organization. Ability to perform assessments of critical infrastructure and multi-failure scenarios.
