Our people are our success, and we work as one team. We are recruiting a CRM Executive on an initial Maternity Cover contract running ideally from February 2026 to the end of March 2027. In this role you will be a subject matter expert for our CRM platform, independently managing day-to-day processes, supporting and occasionally leading projects, and providing advice to stakeholders. Main duties include improving data quality and processes, completing day-to-day data processes accurately and in a timely manner, and providing solutions and best practice advice to users of the system. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Knowledge of a CRM system and its application in business development and marketing teams – ideally within a professional services setting Experience of running simple projects, with minimal supervision Ability to contribute towards process improvements and proactively suggest new ideas Good experience of working with data and spreadsheets Good time management and attention to detail Technical and practical experience of InterAction and/or InterAction+ would be highly advantageous Understanding the basic data privacy principles What happens next?
