Credit Controller 
Refresco - Kegworth Head Office
Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm 
Hybrid – 2 days from home

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts as directed by the Credit Manager, ensuring effective cash collection to support working capital targets.
• Chase outstanding invoices, resolve payment issues, and post cash receipts and credit notes promptly to maintain Sales Ledger accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve customer deductions and disputes, keeping outstanding queries below 150 and escalating unresolved issues as needed.
• Oversee customer setup, including credit checks and alerts, and manage daily cash balancing and related queries.
• Support monthly credit note provision and reporting by providing accurate invoice and debit note data to the Credit Manager.
• Lead daily billing and EDI processes, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and resolving transmission issues; prepare weekly cash forecasts and escalate discrepancies.
