Creator Experience Associate – Seller Success & Events (part time)

Your Mission 🫵 You’ll be on the front line of Tilt, helping creators and sellers go from “I’ve never streamed before” to “I just sold out my first show.” As a Creator Experience Associate, you’ll lead onboarding sessions, host live workshops, and be the on-site point person for new creators joining Tilt. You’ll make every session feel inspiring, fun, and professional. This isn’t a background role; it’s hands-on, social, and full of creative energy. What You’ll Do 🚀 Lead or assist in Tilt’s seller live streaming workshops & training Help new sellers set up lighting, audio, and streaming gear Teach them the storytelling, presence, and flow of great live selling Be the on-site face of Tilt during sessions, welcoming, guiding, and motivating Capture highlight clips or testimonials from sessions Work closely with Tilt’s partnerships and operations team to make each seller's stream great Please note: This is a part-time role that will require leading up to 8 training sessions per month. You will be paid per session. We cannot sponsor a visa for this role, so you have to hold the right to work in the UK. Who You Are 📋 Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking to small groups Have experience creating content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, or livestreams) Great eye for visuals, you know when something looks right Fast-moving, organised, and love taking ownership Curious, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out on the fly (Students and emerging creators are welcome. We care more about your energy and initiative than your CV.)
