The Creative Director will lead the development and execution of innovative, insight-driven creative strategies across multiple channels. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, inspire creative teams, and translate business objectives into compelling, emotionally resonant campaigns. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of bridging strategy and execution while mentoring writers, designers, art directors, and video professionals. The role emphasizes the use of emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance creative ideation, production, and storytelling. You will ensure creative initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, delivered on time, and of exceptional quality, all while fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. This role offers mobility with regular engagement at the New York Hudson Yards office.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, strategy, product, and content teams to inform creative direction.
  • Lead the creation of insight-driven campaigns, activations, and creative initiatives.
  • Direct internal creative teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution across all channels.
  • Partner with account and project management teams to maintain alignment with briefs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Pitch and present creative ideas effectively to internal and external audiences.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in culture, design, AI, and technology to inform innovative creative work.
  • Mentor and guide creative team members, unlocking their potential and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within advertising, creative, or in-house agency environments.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and design thinking skills with a proven track record of compelling creative ideas.
  • Deep understanding of the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and production to performance analysis.
  • Experience exploring and integrating AI tools and generative technologies into creative workflows.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills to inspire and guide creative talent.
  • Ability to pitch, negotiate, and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work respectfully and empathetically with diverse teams.
