About the Team We’re welcoming new talent to our Restructuring & Insolvency Core Apps team, which plays a pivotal role in enabling innovation and operational excellence across the digital platforms that underpin our restructuring and insolvency work. These systems manage sensitive client data, financial transactions, and case lifecycles, making reliability and integrity essential. By maintaining and improving these platforms, the team helps our practitioners deliver faster, safer, and more insightful outcomes for clients while strengthening PwC’s reputation for trust and technical excellence. The Core Apps team sits within the wider R&I Technology team, working alongside technologists and business specialists to ensure that technology is a true differentiator in client delivery. Systems We Support Aryza – Case management and workflow AODocs – Document management Query App/MAX – Client engagement and data retention IPS – Cash management Banking Platforms – Administration across five major banking systems Key Responsibilities Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of core systems to ensure they operate effectively and efficiently. Respond to user queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely, practical solutions. Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical and operational queries. Manage administrative tasks within e-banking platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Test and validate system changes, upgrades, and new functionalities. Stay informed about upcoming system releases and proactively share key updates with stakeholders.
