Hypertec is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Montreal. If you are motivated, collaborative, and aligned with our values, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Contributing: 

• Develop and manage the company-wide content strategy and editorial calendar;
• Plan and produce a mix of content including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, web pages, videos, and sales materials;
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing and Product Marketing teams to align content with campaigns;
• Work with divisional leaders to prioritize themes and topics that reflect business goals;
• Manage internal and external contributors such as writers, agencies, and designers to deliver materials on time and on brand;
• Maintain consistent tone, accuracy, and quality across all marketing channels;
• Monitor content performance and report on engagement, conversion, and lead influence;
• Continuously improve content processes, templates, and workflows.

What Sets You Apart:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in content marketing or communications, preferably in B2B or technology industries;
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy;
• Proven experience managing multiple content projects and stakeholders;
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot;
• Experience working with creative teams and managing agencies or freelancers;
• A strategic mindset and the ability to connect content to business goals;
• A proactive and self-directed approach to work;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent, and impactful content.
