Role summary The Content Delivery Manager supports the HDP Process Improvement Lead to develop and maintain delivery management systems content within the HDP intranet environment, specifically using "The Pulse" as the Programme Delivery Management System (PDMS). The role holder will collaborate with the Process Improvement Lead and operational teams to translate health programme information into process maps, concise work instructions, and illustrative graphics, building bespoke delivery management systems for HDP clients. Key role responsibilities • Collaborate with the Process Improvement Lead and operational teams to develop, tailor, and maintain delivery management systems content for HDP programmes, using "The Pulse" as the PDMS. • Translate health programme information into process maps, concise work instructions, and illustrative graphics to support bespoke delivery management systems. • Ensure all content aligns with HDP programme branding, security, and governance requirements. • Manage and monitor the quality, accuracy, and relevance of content within the HDP intranet environment, implementing robust quality control measures. • Work closely with the document management team to maintain document control, ensure version accuracy, and facilitate timely updates and accessibility for stakeholders. • Adapt content design, look, and feel to meet specific health programme and service line requirements. • Support the implementation of standardised templates and guidance for deliverables, ensuring consistency across teams. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across health delivery teams, promoting best practices in content management. • Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and compliance standards in all content-related activities. Essential skills, experience and qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex information clearly and concisely. • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and relay health delivery concepts. • Graphic production skills for creating process maps and illustrative content. • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint • Process mapping and workflow documentation expertise. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Detail-oriented approach. • Quality control skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency of content. • Ability to work collaboratively with a document management team. • Minimum 2 years in a brand-facing, marketing, content management or project controls role Desirable skills, experience and qualifications • Creative or graphic design educational qualification
