We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant, Internal Communications. Global Communications designs and implements communications strategies which support HSBC’s business objectives, in line with our values, and enhance and protect our reputation among key stakeholders. In this role you will: •Help activate leadership communications and specialist projects to support bank-wide strategic priorities. •Support implement of the Global Internal Communications Strategy across the bank. •Help design and deliver high quality, high-impact, insight-led internal content and assets that amplify key strategic objectives and success stories, to drive strategic alignment. •Help deliver enterprise-wide communications designed to ensure key senior leadership groups stay aligned to strategic priorities. •Actively contribute towards broader Internal Communications strategic objectives, through stakeholder engagement and effective planning. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: •Experience supporting the design and delivery of global internal communications strategies in large organisations. •Strong stakeholder management skills. •Ability to work quickly, managing time and multiple priorities effectively. •Excellent interpersonal, strategic planning and project management skills. •Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
