You'll learn from experienced site managers and gain hands-on experience in supervising construction activities, managing teams, and driving project success. Assist with planning, organising, and supervising on-site activities Monitor project progress, report issues, and maintain site records Ensure health & safety standards are met and support quality control Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders Help manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation Learn to identify risks, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement Support environmental and sustainability initiatives on site Interest in construction management and site operations Strong organisational and leadership skills Good communication and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team and independently Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical standards GCSEs (including Maths & English, grades 9-4) and A-levels/BTEC/T Level or equivalent by September 2026
