Communication Manager & HR Assistant Internship

To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious Communication Manager & HR Assistant intern (for 6 month) in Paris to join our HR & Communication Team 💪 Role Overview 👀 Reporting to the Head of People, your responsibilities will include: Marketing/Communication Help with posts on our social media channels to bring our culture to life. Establish a communications schedule and be proactive in proposing publications to be planned. Participate in the production of video shoots. Recruitment Pre-selection of applicants, organization of interviews. Participation in sourcing strategy (LinkedIn, job boards, schools...). Onboarding & Offboarding Preparation of induction programs for new recruits (creation of access points, provision of equipment, etc.). Follow-up of departures. HR administrative management Participation in internal HR admin communications. HR development Help in organizing internal events (teambuilding, talks, training etc.). Direct contact with employees to gather their needs, analyze their requests and promote a good working climate. Benefits: Remote policy: up to 1 to 2 days remote per week. Morning Pereire offices in Paris 17e (including fitness room). Meal tickets: 15 tickets per month at 10.00€ per ticket with the Swile Card. Transport: 50% covered by us. 1 paid rest day per month. Profile: You are looking for an internship. You're comfortable speaking English (required) and fluent in French (required). You're a team player and you know how to adapt to different situations. You have good written communication skills and know how to convey a brand image through posts. You have good analytical skills and know how to prioritize. You're organized and patient. You're diplomatic.
