We are seeking a motivated Junior Inside Sales Representative (B2B) to join our growing team in Paris. In this role, you will actively support our commercial expansion by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities across Europe, with a primary focus on France and French-speaking markets. Your main objective is to generate pipelines through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social outreach) and manage a portfolio of small accounts. You will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to support sales cycles, maintain CRM accuracy, and help drive revenue growth. This position offers strong development opportunities: top performers can progress toward Account Manager or Business Development roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers Manage and grow a portfolio of small B2B accounts Conduct discovery calls to assess customers’ needs Collaborate with sales teams to support client acquisition and growth Create and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy Contribute to lead nurturing campaigns Follow up on inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities Support the preparation of proposals and commercial materials PROFILE & SKILLS 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, business development, or related B2B roles Strong motivation for commercial activities and prospecting (cold calling) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn Fluent French & English required Experience in SaaS or automotive is a plus, but not mandatory Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
