BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring a skilled Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician in Portland, OR, for a diverse, inclusive team. Earn $25–$38/hr. and customize your career with our $3,500 Tech Flex Program – choose a cash bonus, advanced training, or extra paid time off.

• Pay: $25–$38/hr. ($52,000–$79,040/annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + Overtime when authorized by Leadership
• On-Call Pay: $150 per scheduled on-call shift
• Paid Time Off: Start with 48 hours, increasing to 168 hours with tenure
• Paid Holidays: 7 annually (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers). 
• Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. 
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping. 
• Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone.

What You Need

• US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident)
• 2–5 years commercial HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required)
• Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restrictions.
• Constant professional, Great attitude, Team player, willingness to work, and learn!
