Collections Specialist (m/f/d) - International Intermediary Business

In this strategic role, you will be the trusted point of contact for our global intermediary partners across multiple markets, taking full ownership of collections, dispute resolution, and special billing processes. You'll work at the intersection of finance, operations, and commercial strategy – ensuring financial transparency, protecting revenue, and contributing directly to the success of one of the world's leading mobility providers. 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own the collections process for our international intermediary partners, proactively resolving past-due accounts through analysis, negotiation, and cross-team collaboration. 
• You monitor and drive performance by tracking collection KPIs, identifying trends, and providing timely reporting to senior management. 
• You manage complex billing processes, including partner incentives, bonus settlements, and special arrangements, ensuring accuracy. 
• You ensure data integrity across all receivables workflows by investigating discrepancies and implementing preventive measures. 
• You build strategic relationships with internal teams and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor in challenging situations. 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You bring proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or Receivables Management, ideally in an international B2B environment. 
• You are highly proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. 
• You have a solution-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. 
• You are highly organized and structured, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines. 
• You are fluent in English (mandatory), with additional languages such as German or French being a strong plus. 
• You are familiar with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and have, as a bonus, experience in mobility, travel, or basic SQL for data validation.
