Closeout and Warranty Manager

Novacom Building Partners is a Vancouver-based commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvements ($1M–$35M) and base building projects ($5M–$20M). We're hiring a Warranty & Service Manager to lead post-construction support, manage minor service work, and provide occasional site coverage. This is a newly created, hands-on role that requires strong technical ability, client service skills, and a high level of flexibility for varied hours. Responsibilities Work on projects throughout the Vancouver + the Lower Mainland Manage and resolve warranty and deficiency items for completed projects Perform light repairs (carpentry, drywall, patching) and coordinate trades Execute small service projects for returning clients Respond to urgent or emergency site issues, sometimes after hours Maintain accurate records in Procore and generate reports Ensure client satisfaction through timely, professional service Share insights with project teams to help improve quality and reduce repeat issues Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (Site Super, Foreman, or Technician role) Finishing Superintendent Experience would also be an asset. Strong hands-on skills and ability to self-perform basic construction tasks Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience with Procore or other construction/project management software Highly flexible schedule, including availability for afternoon / evening work when needed Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract Benefits Competitive salary based on experience - $90,000 - $115,000 Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Comprehensive benefits package Career growth in a values-driven company Positive, team-oriented work culture
