The post of CNMI II Bed Management has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the clinical areas in the South Infirmary – Victoria University Hospital. The main responsibilities are quality assurance, resource management, facilitating communication and clinical leadership. In addition, the post holder is responsible for efficient bed utilisation and effective patient flow for both scheduled and unscheduled care.
