We are seeking a highly motivated Client Solutions Analyst to serve as the bridge between clients and our product development teams. In this role, you will help clients understand and apply cloud-based software solutions, provide expert guidance, and ensure software meets their business needs. You will collaborate closely with developers, support teams, and clients to troubleshoot issues, prioritize features, and implement solutions. This position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, engage directly with clients, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of the software while influencing the evolution of product features. The role requires curiosity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing guidance and support on software usage.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for developers.
  • Test software updates and enhancements to ensure functionality and alignment with specifications.
  • Coordinate software implementations and configuration for new and existing clients.
  • Train clients on software features, processes, and best practices to optimize adoption and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize bug fixes, feature requests, and product improvements.
  • Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and client-facing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or analytical field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based software applications or SaaS platforms is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% to meet clients and colleagues in person.
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
