Client Solution Associate Department: iSAM Securities - Client Services Employment Type: Permanent Location: London Description As part of the Integrated Client Solutions Team, you will be first line responder responsible for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring communications are completed efficiently, with an emphasis on client care and attention. Key Responsibilities Collaborating with multiple teams, you will pro-actively support the needs of the company’s global client base whilst adhering to the company’s policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for client onboarding and various ad-hoc projects, utilising effective problem solving and time management skills. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A strong academic background. Experience within the FX, futures, or other derivatives markets Effective communication skills MT4 experience -preferred but not essential. Organised, strong attention to detail and confident to work under your own initiative with a willingness to learn and ask questions. Assist with client and Technology onboarding. Be a single point of contact between Client and internal departments. Monitoring NOP limits and Margin Utilisations. Reviewing client KYC information and documentation to ensure they are accurate, verified and complete.
