Deployment of lean techniques to all levels of the factory and teaching to the employees to identify, visualize and solve problems with the foundation of TPS.

●    Self development of his/her own leadership skills and training of team leaders,  managers and directors
●    Learning of Lean techniques, tools, methods and attitude (A3, Obeya, Kaizen, 5S)
●    Gemba preparation
●    Support and coaching of our team leaders and managers to use lean tools.
●    Steering the deployment of projects, new and sometimes complex processes (takt time, pull flow, andon  for example) 
●    Support Team Leaders and Managers to get and collect data to follow the impact of the initiatives and help with the board preparation
●    Support/assistance of his directors to "maintain/update" their Obeya, and by raising problems from the field.  
●    Work in the workshop comfortable with the teams of the factory
●    Available to travel

●    Industrial Engineer or similar with knowledge in methods and processes
●    Experience is not required
●    Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and tools like Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving and Visual Management
●    English indispensable minimum C1
●    Excel, Google Sheet

En 2017, la compañía  cerró un acuerdo de capital con Aramis Group, número 1 en venta de coches reacondicionados en Europa. Es la única empresa del sector con dos fábricas de reacondicionamiento de España (Madrid y Valencia) con capacidad de reacondicionamiento de 30.000 coches al año.
