Cleaner-Independent Contractor, with light handyman responsibilities, Full-time

Janitorial services in the office building Minor handyman responsibilities such as screwing in fixtures, replacing toilet bowl handles/seats, hanging items on walls, replacement of bulbs, relocating furniture around the office, reporting damages, shoveling snow, salting walkways. Full-time position Monday - Friday 7 am – 3 pm, 7 working hours + 1 hour break, 35 hours per week. All necessary equipment and supplies will be provided by the Company. Candidate must have 2+ years of experiance in janitorial services Candidate must pass a background check from CBSA with requirements of 5 years of residence in Canada and provide residential addresses in Canada for the last 5 years. - compensation 25$ per hour - full-time position in one location - possibility of performing additional work for an extra fee.
