Your responsibilities deliver consistently strong teaching aligned with school and trust expectations lead active, practical, and outdoor-based learning experiences assess pupil progress accurately and use information to inform teaching contribute to wider school life and improvement work build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
