Job Description (includes but is not limited to): • Coverage of combined partial positions in the plant; • Operation of fork lift is an asset to have; • Coverage for employee’s on vacation or absent; • Other floater duties as required across the facility; • Informing the lead hand or foreman of any mechanical problems; • General cleanup of the plant at the end of the each week; • Wear all required PPE and follow all company rules and policies; • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Competencies: • Ability to lift, stack, roll and position empty steel drums up to 50 LBS; • Ability to listen to, and learn from instructions provided; • Ability to read English and be able to follow written procedures; • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; • Team player with ability and desire to fill other positions as needed; • Exceptional positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
