Children's Sports & Activity Coach

Children's Sports & Activity Coach North London, East London & Essex (Tottenham, Enfield and Chingford areas) £12.50 per hour Sessions run between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday Weekly hours can be flexible based on individual availability We are recruiting for a leading, UK-wide, Sports Coaching company who are looking for qualified Sports Coaches and Activity Leaders to join their growing team across North London, East London and Essex. The role will be based at primary schools, pre-schools, and nursery venues from Monday to Friday during term-time and will cover various locations during school holidays. All staff receive: Competitive salary and guaranteed/contracted hours Opportunities for career advancement Comprehensive training and support Positive and supportive work environment Access to a wide range of sports resources and equipment The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Planning and delivering engaging coaching sessions tailored to individual children, teams, or classes Introducing nursery, preschool, and primary school children to a variety of new sports and activities Embodying the organisations core values: Fun, Enthusiasm, and Positivity Motivating and inspiring children to reach their full potential Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants You will NEED to have the following: Strong desire to use sports to improve young lives A level 2 national governing body coaching qualification Confidence and 'flair' to engage and entertain children, particularly younger groups Ability to transmit positive energy and enthusiasm to a group of children At least 1-2 years sports coaching experience or experience delivering children's physical activity Experience working in a Primary School, Day Nursery or Pre-School (highly desirable) Enhanced DBS Check (desirable) First aid training (desirable) If you are looking for a new role or have availability for more coaching hours around a current role, and you're interested in joining an organisation who LOVE to develop their staff, please apply now!
