The Chief Product Officer will play a pivotal role in driving this transformation. The Opportunity The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will lead the strategic evolution of Net Insight’s product and technology portfolio. This is both a transformational and hands-on role — bringing discipline, transparency, and commercial focus to product strategy while fostering innovation and collaboration across teams. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Management Team, the CPO will integrate product and technology strategy, ensuring that innovation, customer insight, and business goals move in lockstep. What You’ll Do Lead the Product and Technology organisation, aligning strategy with commercial growth and customer outcomes Define and execute the long-term product roadmap with structured yet agile processes Champion the transition from hardware-led to software, cloud, and services-driven solutions Build a culture of transparency, collaboration, and shared ownership across Product, R&D, and Sales Connect technology vision with business opportunity and financial outcomes Mentor and empower a high-performing team of Product Managers and technical specialists What You’ll Bring Senior experience leading cross-functional product organisations in broadcast, media technology, or adjacent B2B tech sectors. Proven record of implementing product processes and frameworks from the ground up. Experience balancing hardware and SaaS/cloud transitions, with strong commercial awareness and product P&L insight. Track record of driving a product- and market-led approach for product development. Collaborative, emotionally intelligent leadership that builds trust through transparency and engagement. Ability to unite global, cross-functional teams — creating clarity and enabling innovation. Inclusive and open-minded approach that promotes collaboration and shared success.
