This could be the perfect move. You’ll be working with a close-knit, supportive team with commitment to fresh, high-quality food — serving up to 200 covers on busy Sunday lunches. The menu consists of fresh, seasonal dishes prepared fully in-house. You’ll enjoy creative freedom, contribute your own specials, and help maintain high standards across the kitchen. As an Independent owned venue, you’ll have direct access to the owners, quick decision-making, and no restrictions when it comes to replacing or investing in new equipment. The kitchen team is passionate, friendly, and stable — staff turnover is very low. They take pride in delivering great service, preparing seasonal specials, and going home at the end of the day knowing everything runs smoothly.
