Relief Chef de Partie – Fylde Coast Immediate Start | £17.50 per hour | Weekly Pay (Invoice or PAYE) We are looking for an experienced Relief hotel Chef de Partie to support a small hotel, restaurant, and wedding venue in Lytham on the Fylde Coast. This is ongoing work throughout December in Lytham, with the possibility of additional shifts into January Role Requirements: Strong hotel Chef de Partie experience / competent on pastry Immediate availability Own transport essential (no live-in available) Flexible to work over Christmas and New Year Must have your own whites, knives, safety shoes, and transport Confident working across sections including Pastry and supporting a small, busy team What You’ll Get: Weekly pay – invoice or PAYE £17.50 per hour Consistent December shifts- straight shifts 10-finishes A supportive, friendly working environment If you're available and ready to start right away, get in touch today!
