About the Role We are looking for experienced Change Manager to join our growing Centre of Excellence Practice and gain exposure to some of the most exciting projects we’ve ever worked on. Your role is to advise and work with clients to create plans and undertake activities that will support their people to identify, understand and manage the business change that they will experience through implementing Oracle Cloud whilst maximising end user adoption and minimising resistance. This will include training planning and business communications activities. You will also support clients to identify and undertake business, HR and Finance activities that they need to transform their organisations to adopt and optimise the value from Oracle Cloud. You will use your business change and business transformation knowledge to support and work with your clients to undertake the strategies, plans and activities with them. Skills and Requirements Experience of working in a business change role to support end to end, or to support a significant proportion of, ERP implementations (HR or Finance system), particularly SaaS, or is essential Understanding of HR and / or Finance processes and activities and an interest in the impact of technology on HR and / or Finance is essential Understanding of one or more of the following Oracle Cloud Application process areas is desirable: Human Capital Management (HCM) Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Time and Labour, HR Helpdesk, Payroll, Financial Management; Procurement; Project Management; Enterprise Performance Management; Supply Chain Management. Experience of discussing some of the Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP or similar ERP system functionality with clients in business language that HR and Finance people understand (non-technical explanations) Ability to use story telling techniques to articulate concepts in a way that a wide variety of clients would understand Ability to identify innovative, creative and practical solutions to support business change Ability to use initiative with good decision-making skills Experienced using PowerPoint and proven presentation skills - creating engaging presentations to share with clients and colleagues to support management and adoption of the transition to the future state Experienced using Visio or similar for process mapping Equality Statement We celebrate the diversity of our teams and value the unique contributions they bring to our inclusive, collaborative, and rewarding workplace.
