The Post This is a pivotal and exciting time to join Brent Council. Your work will support wider efforts to improve Brent’s financial position, improve customer experience and enable residents to live their best lives. The role involves: Identifying, designing and leading the delivery of campaigns that reduce demand, save money, and generate revenue for the council. Working closely with senior leaders, providing strategic communications advice, rigorously evaluating the efficacy of corporate campaigns and reporting on performance to senior stakeholders, including elected members. Managing a small team of Campaigns Officers, coordinating work and collaborating across departments. Championing marketing best practice, ensuring that council campaigns deliver measurable impact and value for money. The Person We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven communications professional to lead the development and delivery of impactful campaigns that drive measurable change. The successful candidate will be: Passionate about understanding Brent’s residents and stakeholders and creating communications that resonate. A creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Skilled at project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A confident communicator, adept at building relationships and influencing. Proven in the field of marketing and communications, with results to show.
