Buyer - Label Home - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

About the Role: Working as part of a dynamic and experienced team, this role is a great opportunity to join a key part of the Next Label Home team with a focus on our Branded Textiles department. We are looking to recruit a Buyer on a maternity cover basis, who is passionate and hardworking and who will play a pivotal part in our continued growth and development. You’ll be joining the Label Home Buying team focusing on Textiles, offering them key support for the buying, developing and reviewing of seasonal ranges from the brand mix in the department. You’ll have key responsibilities at every stage of the process. You’ll be responsible for accurately maintaining product systems and ensuring critical dates and deadlines are met. You’ll also build productive and strong relationships with the brands and supply base as well as provide support and development opportunities across the department About You: The role requires the ability to manage multiple product ranges effectively and a clear understanding of our brands and their DNA. You should ideally be an existing Buyer with strong analytical and planning skills or an experienced Assistant Buyer looking to take the next step . You will need to be trend driven , have experience working in a fast paced environment and be able to take ownership of the ranges. You should be able to identify the latest trends for this category and have a comprehensive understanding of the market competition. A proven track record in identifying opportunities to streamline the critical path and trade ranges in-season is crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration. An enthusiastic attitude and a team-player mindset are valued attributes in this role. The job would be based in our Enderby office, Leicester.
